Center for Responsible Lending issued a state-by-state appearance at charges produced from short-term, low quantity loans that may charge triple digit rates of interest borrowed against a car or truck name or even a paycheck that is future. South Carolina is 12th in the country into the level of costs: $57.8 million in pay day loan charges and $187.3 million in vehicle name loan charges.
